Our staff is determined to make you the best Lacrosse player and person you can be. Our staff is experienced in all the different aspects of the game of lacrosse to ensure uality coaching for all players. We will focus on developing individual fundamentals of the game for the beginner and the advanced player by drilling, repetition, attention to detail, and encouraging sportsmanship and fair play. Providing instruction and feedback for every camper to build their personal game is a goal of ours. Implementing and encouraging those individual concepts into team strategies for all elements of the game will also be emphasized.
Our group of coaches will consist of players and alums as well as some of the best high school coaches, college coaches, and players from around the country. We will also have a few guests from the professional ranks. We believe our staff has the knowledge and experience to make you the best you can be but the commitment to excellence begins with you.
Beginners are encouraged to attend. No experience is needed.
A certified athletic trainer will be present at all times.

7:00-9:00 – Check in (Monday Only) – Gordon Field House lower level MAP
8:00 – Daily Arrival (Drop off at Lot N)
9:00 – Camp announcements and attendance
9:30 – Positional Instruction - ex. Stick handling, dodging, shooting, goalie work, defensive play
10:30 – Game Situations – ex. Transition, pick play
11:30 – Lunch and Free Time
1:00 – Guest speaker
1:15 – Team Concepts and practice
2:00 – Tournament Games
3:00 - Extra individual skill work / Optional Swimming
4:00 – Departure (Pick up at Gordon Field House)

WHAT TO BRING:
REQUIRED – Stick, helmet, gloves, arm guards, shoulder pads, mouth piece, cleats, sneakers, goalie chest protector
OPTIONAL – Water bottle, swimming trunks (required for pool use), sun screen, jock
ATHLETIC TRAINER:
A certified athletic trainer will be on staff at all times.
Pricing: $325/camper. Early bird rate - $275 if registered before May 1st (anyone registered on or after May 1st will no longer qualify for this rate). There is a $25 sibling discount for those registering more than two children, offered after the early bird rate beginning on May 1st.
REFUND POLICY:
Full refunds will be given ONLY to those who request them before July 1st. Any injuries or illness after July 1st which causes camper to miss camp will require a medical note for a refund. Please allow up to 4 weeks after the conclusion of camp for processing.
